Order tracking
Each shipped order is provided with a track code, by which you can track its movement and status. Track codes are sent automatically only for orders sent by Ukr Post.
If you have not received your track code or want to receive a track code for sending Nova Poshta, please write to us: lab10kyiv@gmail.com Be sure to include the order number, name and phone number in the e-mail.
Orders sent outside of Ukraine are kept at the post office for 5 days. After the expiration of the storage period, the order is automatically canceled without the possibility of redelivery.
